Arief is an advocate with extensive experience practicing law in Indonesia. He is well versed in the entire litigation process, including civil and criminal proceedings, inheritance-family law, as well as PKPU and Bankruptcy. In addition to his legal education background, Arief also has an interest in the military and governmental science so that he actively participates in various training and education related to the management of national and international socio-political issues, including continuing to attend Lemhanas (National Defense Institute) education.
Arief is also trusted to provide content in various seminars on cyber law organized by the Indonesian National Army and the Indonesian National Police. In addition, Arief also has a background in science and experience as a journalist and community organization which makes him have a comprehensive perspective in handling a legal case.

In addition to being an attorney, he also has considerable experience as an in-house counsel for a state-owned enterprise (BUMN). Eki has assisted numerous clients, both domestic and international, in corporate licensing, labor issues, and other types of permits.
Throughout his career as an in-house counsel for a BUMN, he has handled many complex legal issues involving numerous stakeholders.
Eki has often helped clients resolve issues through out-of-court settlements, allowing them to avoid high costs and lengthy timeframes typically associated with legal disputes.
He is well-versed in the licensing process and corporate governance, ensuring that companies comply with Indonesia's legal regulations.

During his legal practice, Erik has been directly involved in handling major cases involving public figures, especially in corruption litigation.
